Room Now Available for Professional Hire

We now have available a therapy / consulting room to rent designed with your professional needs in mind, offering:

  • Ground Floor Location: Easy access for you and your clients.
  • Wide range of hours: Bookings available from 8am to 9pm Mon-Sun.
  • Comfortable Seating: Three arm chairs for a relaxed atmosphere.
  • Ergonomic Workspace: An electric sitting and standing desk with chair.
  • Fast Broadband: High-speed internet to support all your online activities.
  • Climate Control: A pedestal fan with whisper mode to keep you cool and focused.
  • Own Doorbell: There is no waiting area for clients, instead they will ring the Office/Room 2 doorbell which will ring only in your room.
  • Additional Amenities: A sand tray and cupboard space for storing your materials, and a fridge and kettle is available for your use.
  • Parking: Free parking for 1 car may be available on certain days and times (upon request). 
  • 24/7 Booking: Manage your bookings online at times that suits you.



To ensure the highest standards of professionalism, we require that all individuals hiring our room meet the following criteria:

  • Professionals: This space would be useful for counsellors, psychotherapists, psychologists, supervisors and life coaches.  There are other users in the building, so the space is not suitable for any noisy or loud practices.
  • Current and Ongoing Membership: You must be a member of a professional association with an enforceable code of ethics.
  • Insurance: You must have professional and public liability insurance.
  • ICO Registration: You must be registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
  • Referrals: You must have your own source of referrals.
  • An intention to use the room: We are looking for users who can’t or don’t want to commit to hiring out a room full time, but do want to use our room on a regular basis.  We are not looking for users who only want to use our room a few times a year, or get setup only as a backup option.
  • Terms & Conditions: You must agree to our terms & conditions for hire (available upon request).

Availability & fees

 Adhoc bookings are priced at £10 per hour which is useful for professionals just starting to build their private practice.  If you’re able to commit to regular and longer booking slots, discounts off the hourly fee will be available.

To get started, a non-refundable setup fee of £80 will be charged.  This covers administration time to setup your account, and credit for 6 hours of room bookings which will need to be used within the first 12 months of the hire agreement.  There will be an additional £30 deposit charged for your own set of keys (x3) which will be refunded when your keys are returned.  The setup is priced this way so that we don’t have a number of keys in circulation for users who don’t really have an intention to use the room regularly.
