Given our imaginations can sometimes cause us difficulties in life, for example imagining the worst, we can use it to install something positive too.
This is a visualisation to install and strengthen your adult self as a protective figure which you can draw upon in situations whereby you may feel vulnerable.  You can either choose to have your eyes closed, and tap your hands on alternate knees, or with your arms crossed over your chest tapping alternate shoulders. Or you can keep your eyes open, and on a computer watch the video set to full screen and follow the green dot, just with your eyes (not your whole head). One right tap and then one left tap is called 1 set/repetition overall.
